In March 2026, Alaska Survey Research conducted a statewide survey of 1,590 Alaskan adults to gauge public opinion on the 2026 U.S. Senate race. Fielded March 19 through 22 via a text-to-online and ASR panel methodology, the data were weighted to reflect Alaska’s population, with a margin of error of plus or minus 2.5% to 3.0% at the 95% confidence level. The survey captured 1,512 registered voters, 1,283 primary voters, and 1,340 general election voters.
Results:
Mary Peltola posted a 48.5% positive rating in March, up more than two points from 46.1% in January and back above her October 2025 level. Her negative rating stands at 41.3%, while her no opinion share dropped to 7.7%, the lowest recorded across all three survey periods.
Dan Sullivan recorded a 40.7% positive rating, the first time he has crossed 40% in over a year. His negative rating remains elevated at 51.4%, a figure that has held above 50% across all three measured periods.
